Sequence Input Input the query as a raw single letter sequence in plain text (no spaces, no newlines) or in FASTA format. If the sequence is input in the FASTA format, the identifier line will be ignored by the server.

Results The results can be displayed in the browser window itself or can e-mailed to a specified address.
